Q. Is all your merchandise seconds, closeouts or refurbished?
A. NO! 98% of our merchandise is first quality. Some is simply overstocks or last years model. Anything that has been refurbished has been brought up to the same specifications as new, yet is priced well below the cost of new.
Q. Are all the products you stock advertised each week?
A. No, we couldn’t fit all the great deals in our ads. We receive new deals daily. You need to stop in and browse. It’s part of the fun of HOBO.
Q. Do you deliver?
A. If you purchase Quick Ship cabinetry or a Haas kitchen, FREE delivery is included with a minimum purchase of 4 cabinets. Special order countertops are delivered direct at no additional delivery fee. Although we do offer a fee-based delivery service, we recommend renting a truck. The money you saved by shopping at HOBO will more than cover that cost and you can start your project today.
Q. Do you sell everything the “warehouse” stores do?
A. No. Everything we sell at HOBO will be priced 10% to 50% less than those stores. If we can’t save you money and be the market leader, we won’t sell it.
Shopping at HOBO is always fun. We offer quality products at value prices. To keep HOBO’s prices low, a register receipt is required for all returns/exchanges.

WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE
Almost everything you buy can be exchanged or returned for a full refund. Just
bring it in within 30 days of purchase to any HOBO location. HOBO will gladly
exchange or refund any item when it is:
• Returned in a factory-sealed carton in good condition.
• Accompanied by an original HOBO register receipt.
• Not expressly excluded in our return policy.

BETWEEN 30 TO 90 DAYS OF PURCHASE
Simply bring your receipt and factory-sealed purchase into any HOBO location and our managers will review. While no refunds will be allowed on purchases beyond 30 days, a HOBO gift card may be offered at the manager’s discretion unless expressly excluded in our return policy. This card has no cash value, but it can be used to shop in any one of our locations. No exchanges are allowed on purchases over 90 days.

At HOBO, we value your patronage. That is why we guarantee our HOBO prices for 30 days. If we advertise a lower price on any item you have purchased from HOBO in the last 30 days, simply return with your original HOBO register receipt and we will gladly refund the difference onto a HOBO gift card. This allows you to shop at HOBO with the confidence that you are always getting the lowest possible HOBO price.
RETURNS WITHOUT RECEIPT:
A HOBO gift card may be issued for Returns without Receipt at the managers discretion unless expressly excluded in our Return Policy. The gift card will be issued at the lowest advertised price that the item sold for over the last year.
FLOORING (SUCH AS TILE, LAMINATE AND HARDWOOD):
Flooring is typically manufactured in dye lots and sold by the case, so unless purchased as a sample*, returns of in-stock flooring such as tile, laminate and hardwood are required to be returned in full, factory sealed cartons within 30 days of purchase. Beyond 30 days, they must also match in-stock dye lots and/or cover at least 100 square feet to be eligible for return. *Samples: individual tiles sold as samples may be returned as the same within 30 days with a receipt.
Special orders are made and/or ordered especially for you. There are no exchanges or refunds available on special order items such as Haas cabinets, Kountry Wood Choice cabinets, Springville Elite cabinets, LW Mountain flooring, custom countertops, etc.
POWER TOOLS, APPLIANCES AND ELECTRONICS:
Power tools, appliances and electronics are not eligible for refunds; once the package has been opened, however, we will gladly exchange for exactly the same item within 30 days of purchase. Beyond 30 days, customers are responsible for complying with any applicable manufacturer’s warranty. If powered by gas, the customer is responsible for draining the gas tank prior to it’s return. For safety reasons, our stores are not permitted to return power tools and equipment unless the gas tank is empty.
Items such as mattresses and toilet seats are non-refundable due to health standards once package has been opened. *Mattresses have a factory warranty that supersedes HOBO return policy.
Lost or stolen gift cards are non-replaceable.
HOBO reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request
identification as a condition of a return or exchange.
NEED HELP LOADING?
We will be happy to help you load merchandise into your vehicle. If the use of a forklift is requested or required, we will ask you to fill out a Release Form.
TYING DOWN MERCHANIDSE?
We have twine available if you need to secure merchandise to your vehicle. Store personnel cannot tie anything to your vehicle.

METHODS TO PAY FOR YOUR PURCHASES
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as well as checks. To pay by check you must have a valid driver’s license and make your check out to us from your account. Must be drawn on a USA based bank and is subject to approval from our check service.
