HOBO ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed.  Most items may be returned or exchanged in their original factory sealed packaging within 30 days of receipt.  However, final sale and closeout items (items with prices ending in .77) are not eligible for exchange or return. Please follow the return instructions below in order to obtain a Returns Authorization Number (RA#). Any product returned with out an RA# is subject to delay in processing or refusal. Returns accepted by HOBOonline.com without an RA# are at our discretion and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee - the customer will be issued a HOBOonline.com credit for the current value of the returned items.   Furniture and items requiring assembly or installation cannot be returned once assembled / installed.

Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged at any of our HOBO retail locations with original HOBOonline receipt, OR by following the steps provided below. However, items purchased at HOBO stores can ONLY be returned or exchanged at our retail stores. Click here to view a list of our HOBO retail establishments.

Shipping charges are non-refundable for all items purchased online. Please do not ship returns C.O.D.  If you receive any portion of your order damaged, please email us with a detailed report along with images (if possible) to webservice@hoboonline.com PRIOR to returning the items. HOBOonline.com will not reimburse you for unauthorized shipping expenses incurred. Any shipment that is refused or undeliverable will be charged a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

If we request that you return the merchandise to us, we may reimburse you for return shipping expenses at our discretion. HOBOonline.com may only reimburse you for the ground shipping expense that was charged for shipping the item(s) originally to you. We will not reimburse you for overnight, express or other special services used at your discretion.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE

All returns requests are required to be submitted via email. Please follow these steps:

  1. Send a detailed email to webservice@hoboonline.com including the following information:
      SUBJECT: HOBOonline Return
    • First name, last name
    • Telephone number
    • Email address
    • HOBOonline Order #
    • Item # and description
    • Detailed reason for requesting return/exchange
      NOTE: If you are specifically requesting an exchange, please indicate the desired item #, product description, and price of the new replacement item.
  2. HOBOonline processes all returns in the order that they are received. Please be patient. Once a request has been evaluated and approved, HOBOonline will reply via email including a designated RA# and a Return Receipt to include with the package when sending back to our return center.
  3. Pack and seal your item securely in the original package if possible. Make sure that all pieces are included as well as the Return Receipt that you received via email. Packages must be returned prepaid. We recommend that you insure all packages.  HOBOonline.com cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

  5. HOBOonline will issue a credit to your account upon arrival and inspection at our return center. Please see the portion below for more information regarding HOBOonline's process for applying credit to your card. If you are making an exchange, the item will be shipped out via ground shipping to the original order's shipping address upon the arrival of the returned product at our return center.

 

CREDITS TO CHARGE YOUR CARD

Credit card refunds will only be credited to the credit card account used on the original purchase. It may take up to 2-3 weeks from the date that HOBOonline.com has received your return for your account to be credited. Orders purchased with a HOBOonline.com credit will have a new credit issued for the value of the returned items.
