SHIPPING & HANDLING

METHODS OF SHIPPING
UPS is our major carrier and we ship via UPS Ground or UPS Express methods. We also use a variety of other major carriers to support our larger deliveries. Items purchased together will not necessarily be shipped together. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without further notice. Delivery charges are based on total value of your order. All orders received over $250.00 will be shipped with a signature requested for delivery.

We regret that Express Shipping for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is not available and delivery times will be longer. We apologize, but at this time we cannot ship to APO/FPO boxes. To inquire about ordering items to ship to Puerto Rico or APO/FPO boxes please call 1-847-336-7680.

Occasionally it will be necessary to ship items from one of our store locations. This may cause a delay in the shipping of part of your order. We will notify you of the items(s) that may be affected. Also, please note, depending on the size of the item ordered and the number of pieces requested, all items ordered may not arrive in the same box or on the same day. Items showing the CALL FOR AVAILABILITY message may still be available to you if you call 1-847-336-7680. Please have the SKU number of the item(s) you wish to inquire about. Note: items on SALE at our retail locations may not be available on the web site and not all products available on the website are available to purchase in our retail locations.

COSTS OF SHIPPING
Our shipping rates are provided by UPS and are determined by weight and distance. Some items (as indicated) can be shipped via UPS ground service while others cannot. Orders for which the shipping weight exceeds 150 lbs, oversized items, and some direct from vendor items may be shipped via common carrier to expedite delivery and reduce transportation charges.

DELIVERY SURCHARGES
A delivery surcharge will be added to certain items due to special handling and shipping requirements (size, weight, etc.). These charges will be noted by the retail price of the item to which they apply. They will also be noted after the sub-total of your order in addition to the regular shipping/handling charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
HoboOnline currently does not ship internationally.

SHIPPING METHODS FOR BACKORDERED ITEMS
If items are temporarily out-of-stock, the total shipping and handling charges will be appropriately adjusted and charged as the merchandise is shipped. Please note total shipping and handling charges will not increase.

SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS
Special order items are not in stock and will ship in approximately four to six weeks from the time of order. Combining Special Order items with merchandise that is in stock on orders may cause a delay in the shipping of the order until all of the items have arrived and are available for shipping.

DAMAGE
Customer is responsible for inspecting shipment on delivery.  Any visible damage should be noted with delivery carrier.  All claims for concealed or hidden damage must be made with HOBOonline within 72 hours of receipt.
